Read before booking

  1. Booking holds the slot you pick. You pay in person, in cash, on the day.
  2. You can cancel from your booking up to 48 hours before the visit. Inside 48 hours, message me.
  3. Book before 12pm the day before. After that, the day is closed for new bookings.
  4. I can refuse service if your nails aren’t fit to work on.
  5. I’m home-based, so no guests unless we’ve agreed beforehand.
  6. I have two cats — tell me about allergies so we can plan.
  7. I don’t have a driveway. Street parking is nearby and can be busy, so leave a little extra time.
